Hillary Clinton who was outgunned in late position by dark horse (and then largely unknown) candidate Barack Obama in 2008 (eventually settling for a position as U.S. secretary of state in Barack’s cabinet) has gained considerable traction and emerges as a formidable (if not perennial favorite) candidate for the U.S. Presidential election in 2016.
